Return and Refund Policy for RamkiCart

Returns

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at ramkicart.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ramkicart.com@gmail.com with a photo of the product and your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover any related shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened earbuds, headphones, and similar items
  • Custom or personalized products (if any)
